Yoss Thriftway now offers handcrafted Henning’s Cheeses

Yoss Thriftway has resurrected a blast from the store’s past. As the Adrian Journal goes to press, a 1,065 pound Mammoth Wheel of Henning’s Gourmet Wisconsin Mild Cheddar Cheese is on display at Thriftway, just as a huge block was on display in the 1950’s. Owner Kip Yoss invites everyone to stop by for free samples until the block is gone.

A variety of Henning’s cheeses will be available at Yoss Thriftway. These award winning cheeses are handcrafted by Kerry Henning, the Master Cheesemaker of Henning’s Cheese. Flavors in stock at Thriftway include: Mild Cheddar, Tomato Basil Cheddar, Garlic & Dill Cheddar, Blueberry Cobbler, Mango Fire, Colby Jack and Chipotle Cheddar.
