Vision 2007 Groundbreaking

A groundbreaking ceremony was held Monday, July 9 on Adrian’s Main Street to celebrate the beginning of the Vision 2007 project. According to Jim Jacomb of Hilty Quarries, Route 18 could be limited to one lane of traffic during this phase of the improvements, which will continue into next week.
