The Bates County Children’s Center has officially opened its doors to provide a child-friendly, safe setting in which law enforcement and Children’s Division personnel can conduct investigations of alleged child abuse.

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on Friday for the Center. Members of the Advisory Committee, who made the Center a reality, were present for the ribbon cutting ceremony.
