Studio 201 is Chamber Business of the Month

The Adrian Chamber of Commerce’s featured business for June is Studio 201 Salon and Tanning Shop. The business, located at 201 South Old 71 Highway, has been at that location since it opened in February of this year. It was formerly Harla’s Hair and Tan on Main Street.
When her dad, Tim Watts, constructed the building housing several shops, Jenny opened Studio 201 on the north end of the building. Jenny and Studio 201 employees Harla Ferguson (no, Harla did not retire!), Dawn Lewis and Jill Hill see to their customers wants and needs. They offer hair cuts, colors, perms and highlights, and all areas of nail care. They also have a tanning facility.
“We provide a friendly atmosphere for all our customers,” Jenny said. And like in most beauty shops, customers and beauticians quickly become friends. The shop’s décor adds to the friendly atmosphere with its light, airy room, while at the same time it offers quiet privacy in the back for those wanting to use the tanning facility.
Studio 201 is open Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. - noon. The shop is open evenings by appointment only.
