Ritter Appraisals is the Chamber’s Business of the Month for June

The Adrian Chamber of Commerce’s featured business for June is Ritter Appraisals, Inc. The business was founded in 1985 with an office in Adrian, located on Main Street. In 1991, owners Larry and Linda Ritter, moved the business to 2118 Royal Street in Harrisonville.

The company has seven employees, four of whom live in Adrian and are long time supporters of many Adrian businesses. Ritter Appraisals, Inc. is a full-service professional real estate appraisal company that offers its customers residential, commercial and agriculture appraisals for all types of properties both locally, statewide and nationwide. All of the company’s appraisers are licensed through the Missouri State Certified General Real Estate Appraisers (SCGREA). One of the appraisers holds the SRA designation with the Appraisal Institute and another appraiser holds the ARA designation with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.

“We appreciate the recognition of our business by the Adrian Chamber of Commerce,” the Ritters said, adding they also appreciate all the support from local businesses and individuals over the past 25 years.
