R-III students participate in art show

Last weekend art students from Adrian participated in the 37th annual art show of Bates Co. The show is sponsored by the Fine Arts League of Bates County and was host to many fine works of art from local schools, as well as resident artists and craftsman. The three day show located at the Bates County Museum Banquet room provides an encouraging environment for the fine arts including sales, monetary donations from local sponsors and judges, and a pleasant variety of homemade soups, sandwiches and pies to enjoy while viewing the work. Works from Adrian R-III students will be on display again in the spring during the school’s own art show.
