R-3 Board approves 2008-2009 Budget

The Adrian R-3 Board of Education met in regular session, Thursday August 28, 2008. President Jay Bagby called the meeting to order at 7 p.m., in the Conference Room. Board members present were: Jay Bagby, Steve Lewis, Tim Lovejoy, Jim Tenholder, Gary Tolle, Jacque Underwood and Tom Underwood.
After the Pledge of Allegiance was recited, Mr. Bagby welcomed all visitors.
A motion was made by Tenholder and seconded by Lewis to approve the Consent Agenda, which consists of the minutes to the July 24 and August 14, 2008 meetings, the Cash Financial Summary/Revenue-Expenditure Summary, Warrant Reports and the proposed agenda. Motion carried, 7-0-0.
