PWSD #5 discusses purchase of new meter equipment

Public Water District #5 met Monday, September 2, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. Members present were Dale VanSlyke, Melvin Fairman, Steve Smith, John McCulley, and Bill Weeks. Others present were Richard Griffith, Steve Lewis, and Kim Hubbard.
The meeting was called to order by President Dale VanSlyke. A motion was made by Director Fairman, seconded by Director Weeks and approved by all present to approve the minutes of the August 4, 2008 meeting.
Mr. Griffith gave the treasurer’s report. There was discussion regarding the Missouri One Call bill which had some charges for the City of Adrian. Discussion also took place regarding the billing from Larkin Engineering. A motion was made by Director McCulley and seconded by Director Weeks and approved by all present to pay the monthly bills.
