Osage Valley Electric Coop Celebrates 73rd Annual Meeting

Osage Valley Electric Cooperative celebrated 73 years of providing electricity to the rural areas of West Central Missouri. The annual meeting was held on Thursday, August 11th at the Benson Center in Clinton, Missouri. The guest speaker for the evening was Chris Cariker, CEO and Executive Vice President of KAMO Power.
The business meeting featured the election of three members to the Cooperative’s Board of Directors. Two incumbent directors were re-elected to the Board to serve three-year terms. Reports covering the 2010 operations of the Cooperative were made by President P.D. Kircher; Treasurer Ron Steuck; and General Manager Daryl Veatch.
