After the ribbon cutting ceremony, Mayor Ritter shared a few sentiments: “It has taken us 10 years from the beginning of this project, until its completion. It is one of the best facilities around and the quality of water is excellent. Recent tests reveal that Adrian’s water is more pure than bottled water. We’re proud of that.” Mayor Ritter added, “The cost of Adrian’s water is in line with costs of other communities.”
