Independence Day Celebration

Again this year The Adrian Optimist Club and the community will celebrate Independence Day. The traditions of years past will be at the heart of the celebration on July 2, along with something new. This year, unlike others, the Optimists are hosting the First Annual Bull Buckout, a two night event on July 2 and 3.
Eddie Hedrick is putting the show together along with the Optimists, and he is bringing in several contractors who will bring their best bulls only. Forty premium bulls will be at each night of the event. Optimist President Mike Burris said, “Feedback so far has been really good. We’re hearing a lot of excitement for the event and anticipate a good crowd. Some name riders from the PBR circuit may be attending and/or riding in the event.”
