FCCLA raises funds for Children’s Center

The Adrian FCCLA students and sponsor Julie Carr gave their time and effort to raise $1,110 for the Children’s Center in Butler. They took orders for homemade casseroles, which were prepared by the 7th graders. The students then delivered the casseroles to their customers. Seventh grader Madison Diehl was the top seller in this fundraising endeavor.
Debbie Powell, a representative of the Children’s Center, is so grateful to FCCLA. “For a group of kids to do a fundraiser like this is so amazing. It’s incredible. It’s a big deal. What they’ve done will help so much. Adrian youth are always so generous. Their efforts are appreciated,” Powell said.
