Donate blood on May 12

The American Red Cross Bloodmobile will be in Adrian on Tuesday, May 12, from 1-6 p.m. Don’t wait until blood is needed to donate a unit of blood to save a life. It needs to be on hand whenever the need arises. Be sure to bring an ID, read materials and answer a list of health history questions. All in all you will only spend about an hour of your time to donate - very little to help someone in need. There are lots of patients out there in need of your blood. If you have been deferred for some minor reason, try again. Eat iron rich foods and mark that calendar for Tuesday, May 12 at the Adrian Optimist Building.
