Do you remember the happenings in 2012?

This past year, the biggest news was the weather and the economy. The economy all but tanked and the weather forecast throughout the year was not good. The weather could be summed up to three words, “It was hot!” First, we went through an unseasonably warm winter and then we got a bit of a reprieve with a slightly cooler spring. Summer arrived and with it came extremely hot temperatures and little to no rain. By the end of August, Adrian and the surrounding areas had gone through the sixth heat wave of the year.

In the Adrian area, other things were happening, from the City getting into recycling, to school events and sports news. There were great and small events, some of which impacted each of us in some way or another. Do you remember those happenings in 2012?
