Council raises rate for taxi fares

The regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen was held on Saturday, July 12, 2008 in the City Hall of Adrian, Missouri. Mayor Cusumano presided and called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. Aldermen Scarborough, Ritter, Kooker and Lemon were present. Also present was Melisa Yates, City Clerk, Max Gordon, City Attorney and RoseMarie Randolph, City Administrator Interim.
Visitors attending the meeting were Barbara Bloomfield, Gary Dizney, Mary C. Patterson, Becky Scarborough, Betty Cusumano, Bill Greenwood, Tom Williams, Mark Griffith, Ann Weeks, Charlie Chapman, Alice Cumpton, Doug Fredrickson, Richard Wimsatt, Susan McMillan and David McMillan.
The rate of the taxi fare needs to be increased for the expense of repairs that need to be done on the taxi.
