Casey’s named Chamber Business of the Month

The Adrian Chamber of Commerce’s featured business for September is Casey’s General Store, located at Business 71 Highway and First Street in Adrian. The corporate-owned business is managed by Marsha Terry. Area supervisor Josh Anderson oversees the operation of the Adrian store as well as nine others in this area, from Harrisonville to Drexel and Urich to Butler.

The current store in Adrian opened in June 2009. There are approximately 25 full and part-time employees. Casey’s offers customers freshly prepared foods such as salads, sub sandwiches and donuts which are made daily. There are many other fresh items in the bakery section as well. There is a grocery line, including cold beer, pop, water, juice and milk and many other items as well as chips, gum and candy. And, of course, the store sells gasoline and vehicle related products. “We also have the lottery, lotto, movies, and an ATM” Marsha said.

The Adrian Casey’s opens at 5 a.m. and closes at 11 p.m. seven days a week. The only exception is that they close early on Christmas Eve and open later on Christmas Day. For more information regarding Casey’s products or ordering food, contact the business at 816-297-2519.
