Bloodmobile arrives in Adrian on November 3

The American Red Cross Bloodmobile will be in Adrian on Tuesday, November 3, from 1:00pm - 6:00pm at the Adrian Optimist Building. We must continue to donate blood on a regular basis to keep the demand available. Every day in the United States, over 39,000 donations are needed for various reasons. So when you donate blood you have done something amazing. As a regular donor, you are part of an elite group: the 30% of blood donors who give more than once a year. You are who we rely upon to keep the blood supply that is needed. Less than five percent of healthy Americans eligible to donate blood actually do so each year. Research shows that blood donors tend to be more altruistic, sociable, active, optimistic, non-traditional, adventurous, and weight-conscious. Is this you?
