Adrian's new school superintendent settling in
“Probably the greatest factor in my getting into education is my mother. She was a middle school English teacher when I was young,” said Kirk Eidson (pronounced Ed-son). “I grew up in a small town. My dad was a car salesman and farmer. There wasn’t much in a way of working, to come back home to a small town. By teaching, I could help with the farm.”
Kirk Eidson has left one small town to come to work in another small town. Beginning July 1, he started working here, as Adrian’s new school superintendent. He and his wife, Carrie, who is Director of Pupil Services and Professional Development for the Grandview School District have been busy settling into their new home in the Glenbrook Farms housing development north of Adrian.
