Adrian students make a difference
It was a pleasant fall morning as tribes in Adrian Middle and High Schools fulfilled their commitment to help others on Community Service Day on October 4, 2013.
Middle School and High School tribes completed a wide-variety of projects around town for individuals and businesses.
The students and the staff made a difference in the community, and their hard work was appreciated by many business owners and individuals.
Right: Mrs. Julie Newsome’s middle school tribe moved rocks and replaced them with mulch at the Adrian Christian Church.
Middle: Kate Bunch, a student in Ms. Rachel Coffelt’s tribe, painted nails for the residents at Adrian Manor.
Far right: High School students in Mrs. Julie Carr’s tribe planted flowers, put down mulch and completed other landscaping tasks outside of the Adrian R-III Commons windows.
