Adrian Optimist Club hosts 2014 4th of July Celebration
Once again the Adrian Optimist Club organized a fun-filled day and evening of activities to celebrate Independence Day. People traveled from as far away as Texas for the celebration. From the parade to kids activities and bingo to the Hillbilly Hook and Pull, the July 4 festivities were a huge hit. The evening ended with a huge fireworks display over the Adrian City Lake. This year’s Grand Marshal is Jim Yoss, a longtime, active member of the Adrian Optimist Club.
