Achievements for Adrian R-III students lands a pie in the face for Principal Borgmeyer

Adrian Elementary School encouraged daily attendance during MAP testing for three weeks in April. As an added incentive, classrooms that achieved an attendance rate of 98% or higher during those three weeks would watch their teachers throw a pie in Principal Brian Borgmeyer’s face. Grades 3 - 5 took three weeks of MAP testing. Grades K - 2 stepped up to the attendance challenge as a show of support for the intermediate grades.
Meeting the attendance criteria to throw a pie in Mr. Borgmeyer’s face are these classes: Debbie Still, Kindergarten; Amy Shipley, 1st grade; Katy Bruto, 2nd grade; Lori Schmidt, 3rd grade; Wendy Cogbill, 3rd grade; Mitchell McNeal, 4th grade; Treva Smith, 5th grade; Matt Cochran, 5th grade; Cindi Henrich, 5th grade.
