Strong first half of play pushes Blackhawks past Rich Hill 27-14

In their first WEMO Conference game of the season, the Adrian Blackhawks hosted the undefeated Rich Hill Tigers last Friday night. Coach Bruto and his Blackhawks knew they would have to play some tough football to claim the victory. They rose to the challenge and scored a 27-14 win.
Coach Bruto said, “This was a big win for us. It was a game that we won the first half and Rich Hill won the second half. Both teams had too many penalties. It was a great game to watch.” Bruto went on to say, “This week is Midway week. It’s another big game for us. We must play both halves to win. It is also Homecoming.”
