State qualifiers

Austin Williams and Trey Heckadon made it to the bubble rounds. Caleb Shanks wrestled for first place in 10 and under, 85 lbs. Austin Williams was a finalist for the Doug Yuille Award at the Missouri USA State Wrestling competition in Columbia. This award goes to a 7th grade wrestler who best exemplifies the sport of wrestling and qualities in which Doug Yuille showed and stood for: dedication, determination, sportsmanship and ability. Austin was nominated for this award based on these same qualities and is the first youth wrestler from Adrian to be a finalist.
