Special Olympics participants learn about baseball from former and current Kansas City Royals

The Kansas City Royals Clinic for Special Olympics was held at Kauffman Stadium on Thursday, August 6. Those participating from the Bates County Blazers team coached by Gayla Boyd were: front row, left to right: Evvy Sladen and Dawn Wix of Adrian. Back row, left to right: Ryan Dancer of Amoret and Janie Smith, Bob Wainscott, and Connie Larcom of Adrian.
