Six Blackhawk Wrestlers headed to State

The Adrian wrestling team finished fifth in Districts at Blair Oaks last weekend with a score of 102, just one point behind fourth place. The Blackhawks finished strong, and six wrestlers are headed to the State Championships in Columbia. Congratulations to Luke Hough, Brandt McMillan, Tyler Proell, Bobby McCarl, Tom Gregg and Tuff Wimberly.

“I couldn’t be more happy in my first year as Adrian Head Coach with a group of young men that I have on the team this year. We’re a family. We lean on each other, we trust each other, and we’re going to do what it takes to make the next guy better. I expect good things for this year and we’re already working on next year” said Coach Campbell.
