A pair of victories for the Blackhawks

The Adrian Blackhawks boys and girls hosted the Ballard Bulldogs on Thursday, January 6 in non-conference play.

In the girls contest the Adrian Lady Blackhawks defeated the Lady Bulldogs 52 to 46. Adrian was led by Brenna Tallman with 18 points as she scored her 1000th point in the second quarter. “After being down the whole game we put together a good 4th quarter to pull out a win,” commented Coach Dingman. “It was a slow start but good finish. A big night for Brenna Tallman scoring her 1000th point in the 2nd quarter. She ended the night with 18, leading all scorers. Another good home win.”

In the boys contest the Blackhawks pulled out a 53 to 41 victory.
