Lady Blackhawks win three on the road



The Adrian Lady Blackhawks traveled to Drexel on Tuesday, February 16. They defeated the Lady Bobcats 52 to 38. Adrian shot 40% from the field and were 8 of 15 from the free throw line.
On Thursday the Lady Blackhawks were on the road again as they traveled to Ballard for a non-conference game. Adrian moved their overall record to 16 and 5 as they defeated the Lady Bulldogs 51 to 36. Coach Dingman said, “We finally got ourselves going in the second quarter. Pressure defense after the first quarter was good.”
In their third game of the week, the Lady Blackhawks traveled to Rich Hill to take on the Lady Tigers. Adrian won the WEMO contest 57 to 38. “As a team we shot well. We also had one of our better rebounding nights” commented Coach Dingman. “The team is playing well at a good time. Hopefully we can keep it up through the rest of the season.”
