Lady Blackhawks host double dual

The Adrian Lady Blackhawks hosted a double dual on Thursday, September 2. Teams participating were Adrian, Drexel and Miami.

In the first game the Lady Blackhawks defeated Miami 25-6, 25-19. Coach Huckaby commented, “We played as a team. It was really fun to watch. They looked like they had fun out there. I’m very proud of them.”

The Drexel Lady Bobcats defeated Adrian in the second game 29-27; 22-25. “Even though we lost, they did some great things. We had our ups and downs throughout the game, but overall I think we did good. That game just showed us some things we need to be working on” stated Coach Huckaby.
