Lady Blackhawks defense takes charge on Senior Night

The Blackhawks continued WEMO Conference play last Friday with a game vs. the Rich Hill Tigers. This was the last home game of the year for the Blackhawks, and as is tradition in Adrian, it was senior night.
With emotions running high this was sure to be a good game. The girls game started first, and both teams came out sluggish. After one quarter of play Adrian was ahead, 14-8. Adrian really played well in the second half and went on to beat Rich Hill easily, 54-24.
This win pushes the Blackhawks record to 21 wins and 2 losses on the year. Adrian Coach Nathan Dingman commented, “This was a good game to end on at home. Senior night went well. The defense tonight was good and we shot the ball well in the second half.”
