Cyclists take a break at Casey’s

Water Cycle 2010 is a Coast-to-Coast Cycle Charity Tour that raises funds to bring clean, safe drinking water to people in developing nations. Last week, bicyclists Narelle Couper, Australia, and Carmen Peterson, Michigan, took a break at Casey’s in Adrian. Upon arrival to Adrian, Couper and Peterson had traveled 2,000 miles, beginning in Portland, Maine on June 15. They said that people have been very generous and supportive of complete strangers. Their journey will come to an end in San Francisco at the end of September.
