Cub Scouts attend Bear Camp

Five scouts of Adrian Cub Scout Pack 238 Bear den  attended Cub World, a two-day camp at Camp Theodore Naish in Bonner Springs, KS July 25-26, 2010. The boys were kept busy throughout both days participating in the following activities: woodworking, rope-making, field sports and skills games, bb gun shooting, archery, pocketknife safety, leatherwork, building miniature tee-pees, campfire cooking, exploring and panning for gold in the “Lost Mine”, weather education, fingerprinting, knot tying, cooling off and playing at the water park, completing various Academic and Sports Belt Loops, and the traditional campfire where all the boys participated in skits and songs.
