The Adrian Blackhawks played a hard fought match-up against the Barstow Knights on January 12.  In the end, their level of play led them to a final score of 50-49, boosting their record to an impressive 8-0.  Coach James Wheeler expressed:  “I thought all of our players stepped up.  We were able to sustain an early push from Barstow.  I thought our guys kept their composure and executed the game plan.”

With high energy after an exciting Lady Blackhawks game against Lone Jack and the crowning of this year’s Courtwarming royalty last Friday, the Blackhawks landed a huge victory, 64-26.  The boys have a perfect record of 9-0 so far this season.  Coach Wheeler said,  “The boys really had a nice game.  We had balanced scoring and our defense was able to force a lot of turnovers.  This was our best start to a game all season.”
