Busy week for Adrian volleyball teams

It’s been another busy week for our local volleyball girls. With three games and a JV tournament, many of the players have been so busy their heads are spinning.

On Monday, the team played St. Mary’s at home. Although both teams played hard, Adrian lost in the JV game and in the varsity game, 23-25 and 10-25.

On Tuesday the team took on Miami and came out victorious in both matches. JV won as did varsity with scores of 25-12 and 25-14.

Although Thursday brought the end of competition for the varsity, JV still had another full day. On Saturday they traveled to KC Lutheran for the annual invitational tournament. After winning two matches and losing one, the girls ended the day with an honorable second place. Great job girls!
