A bright day for Bit & Spur barrel series finale

After two rain outs, the sun was bright Sunday for the finale of the Bit & Spur Club’s barrel series.  With the sun out, mild temperatures and a great crowd on hand to participate and enjoy watching the event, even an equipment breakdown didn’t dampen the crowd’s spirits.  
Starting off with the National Anthem performed by Ashlee Smith, followed by a special rendition of Happy Birthday to Petey Robey who was celebrating her 90th birthday Sunday (pictured far right), then Weston Moore received a very special gift from his mother who had purchased “Blossom” for him.
