Blackhawks defeat Lockwood, fall to Tipton

Starting out their post district play last Wednesday night, Adrian traveled to Lockwood to take on the Tigers. Adrian came out in the first half ready to play ball as they took the first half by storm and were able to post 35 points to Lockwood’s 6.
With being just two games away from the State Championship game, Adrian found themselves host to the Tipton Cardinals in the Sectional match up Monday night.
Adrian was unable to prevail over the Cardinals as their season came to an end after a heartbreaking upset, 43-44.
Coach Bruto said, “This was a very good game to be a part of. Our kids played with a lot of heart and so did Tipton. We had a great season, finishing 8-3 and in the playoffs.”
