Adrian thinclads run at Archie and Barstow

The Adrian boys and girls track teams participated in the Archie Invitational Tuesday, April 21. Both teams placed 5th in the meet.
Coach Cochran said, “I thought overall the kids ran well. We ran several personal bests today. We’ve had several meets recently and I think we’re pretty worn down. We have the weekend coming up which will help us. The kids are doing a super job. We just need to continue.”
On Friday, the two track teams traveled to Barstow. Again both teams placed 5th. Coach Cochran commented, “I don’t think we were at our best today. We didn’t have great times or distances overall. We need a couple of days rest. This weekend will help us out. I think we’re just tired. We have conference in a couple of weeks, so we need to start peaking soon.”
