Roy and Debbie Umstattd, Adrian, announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Bailey, to Andy Carr, son of Robert and Julie Carr, Adrian.
The couple is planning a September 19 wedding at the home of her parents. They will be making their home in North Kansas City.
