Two churches reunite

Twelve years after they decided to go their separate ways, Adrian Christian Church and Cornerstone Christian Church have reunited. The leaders of Cornerstone made a generous offer on behalf of their congregation to sell their property to Adrian Christian Church for the amount still owed in order to expedite the reunification. The offer also included that the reuniting would take place under the name, constitution and leadership of Adrian Christian Church.

The board of ACC put this offer to a congregational vote requiring 80% for approval. The vote easily passed, the offer was accepted and the property was transferred. On December 27, 2009 Adrian Christian Church held its last service at the 5th and Kentucky location.

Now, Adrian Christian Church is reunited and located at the North Old 71 Highway location. Worship is at 9:30 a.m. and Sunday School at 11:00 a.m. We invite you to come and behold how good and how pleasant it is when brethren dwell together in unity.
