Library to sponsor Christmas Tree Decorating contest

The Adrian Community Library Board invites area citizens, businesses, and civic groups to participate in a Christmas Tree Decorating Contest as a part of the library's upcoming fundraiser. Three foot trees are being provided by the Adrian Community Library. The tree can be adopted and decorated with any creative theme by the sponsor. Trees can be picked up and dropped off decorated by October 31 at the Adrian Community Library. Decorated trees will be displayed for two weeks with silent auction bid sheets and then the final display/sale will be at the library's chili/soup supper at Adrian Masonic Lodge on the evening of November 14th. Join in the fun and help the Adrian Community Library meet cold weather expenses. The Adrian Community is open to all with free library card and internet availabilty.
