Donald and Tina Hubbard of Kansas City, Missouri would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tifanie, to Joseph Jrolf, the son of Jim Jrolf and Allegra Jrolf of Kansas City, Missouri. They are planning a July wedding at the Mulberry Church in the Frontier Village in Adrian. Tifanie is the granddaughter of Gary and Peggy Kennedy and Steve and Donna Hubbard, all of Adrian.
