Engaged to Wed--Smith - Lough

Jennifer Dianne Lough would like to announce the engagement of her parents Sara Ann Smith and Joseph Allan Lough. Sara is the daughter of Janet Smith of Adrian, Missouri and Jimmy Smith. Allan is the son of Joe and Rose Lough, also of Adrian. The couple is planning a spring wedding.
