Josh and Mary Taggart of Independence, MO are proud to announce the birth of their son, Eli Joshua Taggart. Eli arrived on Oct. 14, 2008 at 7:20 p.m. at Centerpoint in Independence, MO. Eli weighed 9 lb. 1 oz. and was 21 1/4” long.
