Donates to Locks of Love

Samantha Costigan donated 12 inches of hair to Locks of Love on Saturday, March 19 at Studio 201. She received her hair cut by Jenny Reid. Samantha had been wanting to donate her hair to this cause for a long time and plans on doing it again in the future.
