Adrian-Archie Aldermen discuss water contract

A general meeting of the Board of Aldermen was held Thursday, July 27, 2006 in the Adrian City Hall. The purpose of the meeting was to meet with the Archie mayor and aldermen to further advance discussions on joining together in an Intragovernmental Cooperative Agreement for a Community Water Facility.
