Local students receive recognition

The Adrian Optimist Club recognizes students in Miami, Ballard and Adrian. Students of the Month are selected by the staff of Miami, Ballard, and Adrian schools based on the following criteria: character, attendance, attitude towards others and school, behavior, leadership and improvement in or good grades. For their hard work in school, Students of the Month receive a certificate of recognition and $20.00 in Adrian Chamber of Commerce “Chamber Bucks” from the Adrian Optimist Club. This month's honored students are Tabitha Kedigh, Ballard; Emma Cochran, Adrian; and Brady Muller, Miami.

Middle, Adrian: Dr. Kirk Eidson, Superintendent and Adrian Optimist Member; Emma Cochran; and Jerry Ferguson, Adrian Optimist Member.
