Kidz Zone participates in trike-a-thon

The Kidz Zone Learning Center recently participated in the St. Jude Trike-A-Thon to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®, one of the world’s premier centers for the research and treatment of pediatric cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases. This event is part of the Special Events for St. Jude fundraising program. Every child who participated in this event helped the hospital find cures and save children. St. Jude is the only pediatric cancer research center where families never pay for treatment not covered by insurance. No child is ever denied treatment because of the family’s inability to pay. The daily operating cost for St. Jude is nearly $1.4 million, which is primarily covered by public contributions. The Kidz Zone raised $407 to help meet these needs.
