William “Bill” Hard Maxwell, age 68 of Butler, Missouri died Friday, December 19, 2008 at Harlingen Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas with cause of death unknown pending autopsy results. He was born December 30, 1939 to Alvis Willard and Marguritte Hard Maxwell in Kansas City, Missouri.
Memorial and Masonic services were 7 p.m. Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel in Butler, Missouri. Contributions, Butler Masonic Lodge #254 or Butler Public Library. Bill’s wishes were to be cremated and a portion of his remains scattered in the Gulf of Mexico where he enjoyed fishing.
