Vincent "Vince" Lee Risner, 49, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away at his home on Sunday, August 28, 2005. Funeral services were held September 10, 2005 at the United Methodist Church in Amsterdam, Missouri. Officiated by Rev. Linda Case.
