Robert Maxwell Mills was born December 23, 1926 to Maxwell Mills and Olive Marie Dawson.

Robert passed away at the North Kansas City Hospital on December 9, 2010. Robert’s visitation was held at the McGilley Memorial Chapel on December 14, 2010 at 10:00 with services at 11:00. Burial was held at the National Cemetery at Fort Leavenworth.
