Patricia Paulette Conley, age 67 of North Kansas City, Missouri died Wednesday, December 8, 2010 in Kansas City. She was born October 4, 1943 to Paul and Helen Gerber Leavitt in Clinton, Iowa.

Funeral services were Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel in Butler, Missouri with Rev. Art Ellsworth officiating. Interment at Oak Hill Cemetery, Butler. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Kendallwood Hospice.
